Its and easygoing community with a good mix of residents. The staff are helpful and are generally good at answering your questions.

Living in the outskirts of Austin has its advantages and disadvantages. Its quiet where i live. Its peaceful and almost never any traffic getting home from where i work. But it is about 25 minutes from downtown Austin and at least 15 minutes to central Austin, and if you want to get on mopac sooner than later, I'm right at the first toll both.

My husband and I have enjoyed living here the past couple of years. We moved here from out of state and were impressed right away with the simple phone conversations with Jennifer. Once we arrived, we felt like we were moving into a resort. The office staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about the residents and our happiness. The grounds are always clean and appealing to the eye. If something in or around our unit breaks, it is quickly fixed. We haven't had to be overly concerned with safety. The amenities here are great, and we love having a garage! It's nice being able to come home, and home is a sanctuary and not another stress in life.

It is a nice, quiet place with great rates, plenty of community activities, and good floor plans.

It has definitely been a pleasure to live at PRO. the staff are always friendly and willing to help. Maintenance calls are done in a timely manner (the 2 I've put in were done on the same day). I have no complaints.

Best place to live no doubt! Staff is prompt with request and take time to get to know the residents. Residents are friendly and they make you feel at home. I look forward to coming home every day.

I LOVE living here! Although it wasn't initially on my radar, I'm so glad that I diverted from my "list" and gave them a chance! It's a large complex but I've never felt like I was anaonymous or invisible. The office staff is FABULOUS and extremely professional. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone interested in living in the area!

I love my apartment in particular - it's location on the property, the layout and space, the patio, the tree in front of my bedroom, the attached garage, and the size of the rooms - oh and all of the storage areas. I really wish I could buy it as a condo or something. I would tell (and have told) others that this community is friendly, calm, and peaceful. The style is modern, and there's beautiful greenspace all around. I also like that there are people of all races here - young and old. I would also mention that the staff is very quick to respond to concerns and questions I have. The amenities are great. I save a little bit of money because I don't pay gym fees, and use the one on-site. I know that if my washer or dryer break down, there are some available on site.

I've lived at The Preserve at Rolling Oaks for a little over 2 years and I love it!! The staff is friendly and attentive, maintenance is swift with repairs, the complex is quiet and I feel very safe living here as a single woman that works nights. There are always multiple events being offered by the staff throughout the month, and emails are sent out with current complex news. The grounds are immaculate and well maintained, and the amenities offered are wonderful. The one and only thing I could ding this property for would be the dog excrement. It is abundant around the entire complex. I really wish that the pet owners in the complex would be held more responsible for cleaning up after their animals because they are ruining the grass; not to mention it's just plain disgusting! Other than that I'm thoroughly satisfied living here, and plan to stay on for a couple more years.

I would say it's a great place to live, and that they really take care of their residents!
